Finally....
the last day of my first clinical posting.
and gezz wad?
the day has olready ended...
phew..
this three weeks had been quite hectic.
we had alot of getting used to.
cuz everyting was like a culture shock for us on the first day of posting.
the first week i was so not used to the environment.
like omg wth am i supposed to do here?
i felt like a lamp post.
then 2nd week was better.
i got to know the staffs n patients better.
n things were very fine.
laughing n joking with the patients.
haha.it's very memorable.
but the 3rd wk was another shock.
when i had to change room.
n the patients were more dependent.
n i didnt know anyone from the room.
on the last day, i experienced a death of one of the patient in my room.
the news was a shock to most of us year 1s.
i didnt do the last office cuz it happened in the morning.
n i'm in the afternoon shift.
haiz.
i remember doing quite a few favours for the patient.
well wat a way to end the last day huh.
overall the experience was great.
although i did kept on wanting to end this posting, when the day has come, i felt like it is too soon.
but oh well..
dont worry.
i'll experience more attachments to come anyway.
gonna miss some of my patients thou.
hehs..
okay till here then.
next week is the start of my 1mth holidayz!!

wah liows..tired..tired body..tired legs n feet..tired arms n hands..
tired mind..
tired!!!
man, being a nurse is so demanding u noe...
juz past my 1st week attachments..
n damn am i tired..
n gosh i got 2 more freaking weeks..
wah.............
its not easy u noe taking care of patients..
they nid our assistance most of the time..
u cant go off anywhr u want whn u feel like it..
its so different from werking at bata..
haha..
like duh!
if patient fall i die..
not them but me..
bcuz i will get into deep trouble..
sometimes, no most of the time, i keep on thinking..
y did i took nursing course..
alot of ppl asked me tat..
n i said cuz of career..
but wad job will there be totally no such thing as retrenchments rite? i mean nurses can be fired too u noe..
n being a staff nurse is stressful too.
for me, i wanna werk without wearing uniform.
yeah...
but i'm gonna get stuck wearing uniform like for years man!
so y the hell did i took nursing??
thats still a question for me to think bout..
haiz...
i so damn tired man!
being a nurse aint an ez job ppl!!
dont underestimate us okay....
thr's lots more thn washing ppl's butt!
